Tbun Network Internet Cyber Cafe, the most suckest cyber cafe in Malaysia
July 21st, 2007 | 04:09:13 am It should be happening friday night, should be a peace night but someone go and spoil my mood by tonight! I noticed that still many fella that without computer knowledge and i understand not easy to manage a cyber cafe in Malaysia. I knew because my cousin used to own cyber cafe before. So what happen just now was one of my friends been suspended to hack/ spoil/ attack their router or network system.
I have no idea what happen before inside Tbun Cyber cafe, or failure that happen just now. If you’re one of my closed friends then you will know our Dota kaki will report ourselves at Tbun Network Internet Cafe, Wangsa Maju branches every friday & saturday night. So today their computers and network been attacked by “something” new for these so far we call “management staff” and “technician” staff, or you can call them “unofficial guard” on other word. So these “friendly” guard does invite one of my friend to somewhere else when half way playing games.
At the same time, these technician dude come to my friends PC check on the received package log, and they found out something which prove that my friend has attack to their network/ computers. Besides, i can smell the heavy alcoholic from these technician & guard dude. Actually i found that only 2 of them having good time before coming to us. Due to reactions between body & alcoholic, they act bloody hell not friendly at all. Shout fucking loud to my friend and push my friend somemore! Even my water kena da bao! Clothes get wet!
Sometimes, i wonder how come Tbun cyber cafe can hire those fella who not familiar with computer as staff and treat their customer like this way. One of the staff said that he saw my friend “doing something” on the local area network connection. So, i would like to ask what will you do when your internet explorer not working?(Still got a lot of sohai use IE in Malaysia, bang go for FireFox la!) or local network failure? Basically people will disable the connection and then enable it again, and try to repair the connection right? It seems wrong to those “technician” & “staff” dude.
It is god dam disappointed to the one who report Dota there every week, for example people like me, or my friends. We go there just for fun, relax with few of buddies, seems not to them by tonight! I know there is still Mr. good guy over there, not every “guard” also act like dam fierce, some of them may willing talk to you, nicely. At least, i saw one of them willing to talk. But sorry not for the other one who with alcoholic before, he act dam not friendly, shout god dam loud on whole cyber cafe, along with the “technician” dude, i think the technician staff can part time as guard future, he dam potential! We were Tbun Cyber Cafe Wangsa Maju customers, still we get treat like this. I trust my friend he didn’t hack/ attack on Tbun Cyber Cafe, if he does then why not we run after that? Sit there wait them come to us and gang bang us? I not sure others customer saw it or not, when we were surround by at least 8 people when half way playing warcraft(due to the local area network failure, we play hero siege). I would like to remind how if you are the one who will be surround by these dude next day? or another day?
I think they not able to fix the problem, as they still no idea and dont know who work on it. I was fucking moody just now, and i will not going to have fun over Tbun cyber Cafe anymore! I know they god dam mess up on such situation, but they shouldn’t treat customer like this, like want fight or group attack. Tbun staffs and technicians nothing different with gangsters!
It is useless to talk too much, you guys can go a try on these few week. I trust that time can prove we’re not the one who spoil their business! You can try to see how many computers available over there these few days, and i will quit Dota at Tbun Cyber Cafe Wangsa Maju! I can’t feel safe playing games/ online over there, as they might suspend you once they got the “prove” without let you explain. Come on! We just come for Dota games and online OK?
Ok, it it time to sleep already, i just moody on such professional staff, technician & guards faces expression. It mess me up! I hate the one who eye on me, with suspect expression! It is enough for me, i just come for FUN! Fuck OFF! Son of Bitch! I’m your customer or your suspect? Do you have any prove? or you saw us do that? You can’t judge it based on “I don’t know, you all IT guy, you should know how to do that!” means all the programmers in the world is suspect? Know IT means know how to spread virus? Sell computer means know to attack network device or router system? Bloody hell excuse! Haha! I think Computer genius like Mr. Bill Gate everywhere already! Truely speaking, i study on it for 4 years and work for 2 years long, i also not sure how to do that…
You can treat this as customer reviews or feedback, or complain, even a warning! To the one who spoil/ attack the Tbun Network Cyber Cafe, you done a great job! Keep going until they bankrup! But, please la do let others people eat your dead cat, it is not easy to handle that, my friend almost cant walk out from Tbun Network Cyber Cafe, Wangsa Maju! Come on!
