Ah Kwong & Friends

Should be very happy and nice Friday, but i got myself moody again. Most of you guy can guess why i moody, it is related to my work again. I noticed that i not understand on myself, i dont know what i want now and what should i do now, yes i’m missing.

Act as IT Support, or computer technician, my responsibility should be manage on IT hardware, related to technical things. But, i got no key or fully authorization on server, or computer, either one! It’s god dam pity me, as i’m not those sohai technician who only know how to repair computer only!!!

Besides, my suggestion also cant make sense on meeting, like school computer technology, decision on the ways to upgrade or computer management. I have proposed quite amount of management plan, but i dont think anyone of them 100% go trough…

Now, problems appear to top! This is the result as expected, i know this will happen if they using sohai thin client. Maybe some of you guy’s very pro on it, but is it suit for media streaming? For example Flash, Mpeg Video, VCD, even DVD? I worry current 10/100 Mbps network no longer to support such a huge n busy bandwidth. Ok! maybe thin client just for attendance, what a waste on funds!

All things happen nowadays, those fella comes to me and asking me why so slow, why this and why that? I dont know how to answer them, i know this will happen, i cant predict, i cant escape it. I felt tired, for known and un-solve problem. It’s time to change, it is time to da bao, so anyone offer me a job?

I trust that more problem will coming out, very soon!

Should be very nice morning today, as i got enough & comfort sleep yesterday night. I late as usual, reach office on 8:40am, late for 10 minutes. I dont know you guy’s all on-time or not, but i always late 5 minute or 10 munite. Of course i didnt go home on sharp 4:30pm, most properly i leave office on 5pm or later. My office hour is 8:30pm to 4:30pm.

So what so special to make me moody? I have renew my contract recently, i got no EPF… FINE. I got little more holiday, and i can use these holiday on leave, or curi tulang. Although i think it’s not fine for me, and my boss entertain with sohai excuses like later they will charge tax kao kao etc. Ok, nevermind. Salary increase 10%, from RM1400 to RM1550. Sometimes i confuse WTF actual i want. Being sohai for so long time, suffer for 1 year long, i really no idea WTH i want now…

I said i want to boost my part time job most of the time, but i noticed i didnt got any extra time to do it, if i do so, i will late everyday, blur everyday. I kinda wonder this job able to support me when i got zero income from my part time job. Maybe i should go try some blow job… lol

So, no EPF, LOW Salary and fucking annoy workload, i really moody to work here. In my mind, if you recruit anyone, you should pay EPF as well, no matter RM500 salary or RM1.5k! You should pay it, when you refuse to pay your staff EPF, close your sohai company, or organizations! I no fucking care profit or non-profit sohai organization! OK?! Mother fucker!

Besides, you should do what you have promise! I dont care what the fuck problem you facing, but you should pay me 1.5k this month, but not 1.4k! This is what you promise, and you have to do it! I can do nothing, because i’m not the boss.

So, i’m not balance now, and i know what to do.

P/S: I think monday will be public holiday

Ok, didnt update frequent recently, as busy for my job, no time update blog… I have renew my contract this month, they got increase me little bit only, still i not enough to cover my expenses. As a result, i decide to make more money from part time. I just hope those ma fan things go away from me, and i still not yet send those nice photo to leng lui.

Never mind, just update something about Mo Siang Online launching event head on Low Yat Plaza, last saturday and sunday. Quite rush on last saturday, i reached there on 2pm, i think. Not much people there already, because little rain ma… Mo Siang Online is a brand new online game in Malaysia, and it’s free! But too bad in 3d mode, i worry that my PC cant fully support to this games, so i just ignore it.
