Make something different to this post, i will post up series of Batu Niah post, which one of the small town in Sarawak, after 1hr plus car journey from Miri town. I visited Batu Niah when sister wedding, as her husband is from Batu Niah, Sarawak. Maybe most of you guys not knowing Batu Niah, but this place was famous, and peace! It was famous because of bird’s nest products, i think it supply quite large amount of bird’s nest product to Malaysia. Besides, there is National Park nearby, which called Niah National Park and Niah Cave.

Little introduction about Niah National Park here:

Located on Sungai Niah, 110km to the south-west of Miri. The Niah Cave is an archaeological site where the oldest modern human remains in the Southeast Asia were found( estimated to be 40,000 years old). Apart from the caves, visitors can explore several the tropical rainforest, climb a 400m tall limestone ridge or visit an Iban longhouse located near the park boundary.

As what they told, two place that we must visit when we came Batu Niah. One is Batu Niah Cave, which can saw the Niah Mountain from Batu Niah town, and the other 1 is Niah National Park. WE can found many natural & mystery things over there! Unfortunately, i dont have time to visit this 2 places cause have to attend sister wedding ceremony. Maybe next time?

Kampung Lajong is a small town near Batu Niah, Sarawak. But this town dont have much people, and also no electricity & water supply, also road was not flat there. And, it located quite inside the forest, and distant from house to another house was quite far. Lucky, sky was different what we have at kuala lumpur here, it was so clear & fresh over there! Although not much entertainment there, but foods were delicious, i never having such fresh food in my live. Compare to KL foods, Batu Niah foods got its original food taste, and more natural. Hope can go there eat again!

Sungai Gabai Waterfall, Hulu Langat Outing

How was your day? Seems visit waterfall become wave of my gang, so i decide to post waterfall here before coming waterfall photo shooting on another famous waterfall in selangor on weekend! Actually done this shoot long time ago, i still remember knew Eugene not long that time. Forgot who was the organizer, this Sungai Gabai waterfall just nearby my place, after climb a mountain then 15min car journey. Go along there with Myin, Eugene & Eri(E couple), Lynn, Nkwai, Fattien & Anston.

One of the most spectacular waterfalls in Selangor, Sungai Gabai Waterfalls consist several falls cascading from an impressive height of 100m to a series of pool at the foot of the falls.

The swirling, gushing water making its descent simply a sight to behold. Apart from swimming and picnicking, wading in the river among the rocks and boulders can be an exciting outing for the whole family.

Pavilion Runways, Calvin Klein Jeans Cat Walk Fashion Show

Fried old rice time again, busy backup my photo lately and noticed a lot series of photo didnt update to my blog. Thus i will update more outdated post to my blog hope my readers dont mind( Actually the reason is i seldom do shooting recently, so used these old story to cheat my readers 1st lol). Done this shooting when i just bought my Nikon D200 SLR, and also SB-600 Flash light. I found that my skill not pro enough and hope have chance to improve in future!

A little history about Calvin Klein Companies. Calvin Klein Inc. is an American clothing company founded in 1968 by Calvin Klein. The most visible brand names in the Calvin Klein portfolio include: Calvin Klein Collection (black label, top-end designer line), ck Calvin Klein (grey label, recently repositioned as bridge collection line), Calvin Klein (white label, better sportswear line), Calvin Klein Jeans (denimwear line), Calvin Klein Home (high end bedding, towel, bath rug and accessory collections) and Calvin Klein Golf (to be launched in late 2007)

In 1978, Klein and his childhood friend Leneisha Robinson, who was to manage the business, then initially founded Calvin Klein Ltd., a coat shop in the York Hotel, in New York City with $10,000. Legend has it that a year later a buyer from Bonwit Teller got off the elevator on the wrong floor, and ended up placing a $50,000 order. It is more likely though, that Klein showed his work to Bonwit Teller staff, which led to the first Calvin Klein collection: a line of men’s and women’s coats featured at the New York City store.

I still remember Pavilion Bukit Bintang still new place for me, and they have done a lot of fashion show within that weekend. Of course i learned a lot during the cat walk fashion show, and hope can participate more events shooting next time! Ok, picture time!
